Blast Tax Services, Inc is pleased to now offer managed account services to Debt Settlement Companies, legal networks, processing firms, Debt Settlement Company Affiliates, and their clients by serving as a third party administrator for dedicated trust accounts.
This is a non-interest bearing account that provides clients with a secure account to manage their debt settlement needs and provides the funds to cover their settlements and fees. Through our dedicated trust account, BTS provides customers a professional firm to manage their debt settlement account and ensure proper accounting along with payment of settled debts and fees.
Our professional staff adhere to daily reconciliation protocol to ensure compliance with State and Federal trust account handling requirements. Additionally, BTS provides monthly notices of account activity and status to reflect ACH deposits, settlement payments and fees.
BTS also works to stay on the cutting edge of technology, compliance, and client reporting in order to remain compliant with new Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations.
