Based on recent devaluation in property values, Blast Tax Services is now offering a service to assist clients in reducing their annual property taxes.

The professionals at Blast Tax Services will obtain necessary information from our clients and act on their behalf in order to get the county to reassess their property value and thus, adjust their annual property tax amount. Once we have successfully lowered the clients' property tax, we will work to obtain a refund of previously overpaid property tax amounts, where available.

Let the professionals at Blast Tax Service provide you a free assessment to determine if we can reduce your annual property taxes. If we are confident in our ability to assist you, based on your initial consultation, we will provide you additional information and an engagement letter to handle your file. Our fee is $599 for handling your property reassessment and lowering of your property tax. If we are unsuccessful in getting your annual property taxes lowered, Blast Tax Services will refund $500 of your fee!

Once we have successfully reduced your annual property taxes, we can provide an additional service to you in obtaining a refund of previously overpaid property taxes as allowed by statute, where available. For this service, Blast Tax Services will charge a percentage of the amount we are actually able to have refunded to our client - with no additional fee due or owing if we are not successful in obtaining you a refund.
